Annual Awards Breakfast for Customer Service Excellence
A celebration of National Customer Service Week
 
This year, The O’Shea Report was featured with their presentation on Change. Tim O'Shea and Kris O'Shea looked at how to you deal with change through humor in our Customer Service worlds.  Described as "Saturday Night Live for Business" they had us looking at our fast-paced, constantly changing Customer Service world with a fresh, new perspective. The O'Shea Report engaged us with business relevance and hilarious insights on day-to-day challenges.
 
Following the O'Shea Report, each company had the opportunity to showcase their organization to the assembled group along with announcing the names of their honored employees. Each award recipient received a beautiful framed certificate.
